CUSTOM NAME TILES

Every tile is individually made, hand-painted with special ceramic paints then fired to bisque, 2 thick coats of clear glaze are applied by brush, then fired again for a waterproof finish.

Small holes are drilled at the top before firing, suitable for hanging the tile by a nail.

Includes Insurance for damaged or missing goods

DELIVERY TIMES:

Once payment is received, please allow 2 to 3 weeks to post as each mug is individually made just for you. If you have an urgent order, please contact me and I will try my best to accommodate your request.

All orders are sent via Australia Post - please ensure you enter the correct address. Incorrect addresses will be re-directed at your expense.

If there are any problems, please contact me within 5 days after receipt of the item.

Great care is taken to package goods securely but, if they arrive damaged in any way, please contact me immediately.
