Every piece is individually made, hand-painted with special ceramic paints then fired to bisque, 2 thick coats of clear glaze are applied by brush, then fired again for a waterproof finish.

Fully glazed and waterproof.

All special original ceramics have different weights and some need special packing to ensure safe delivery. Please send me an email to request postage rates, stating the destination required.

FOR ORDERS ALREADY IN STOCK:

Once payment is received, allow 2 to 5 days for delivery, depending on where you live.

All orders are sent via Australia Post - please ensure you enter the correct address. Incorrect addresses will be re-directed at your expense.

I hope you love my pieces but if you are not satisfied in any way, no problems, I offer a no-worries refund service. You can return goods purchased for a complete refund or exchange.

If dissatisfied, please contact me within 5 days after receipt of the item to organise a refund or exchange.

Simply return the unused item in original condition. Original postage & handling will not be refunded. Please note that return postage costs are the buyer’s responsibility and will be refunded only if goods are faulty or an error has been made on my end.

Great care is taken to package goods securely but, if they arrive damaged in any way, please contact me immediately.
