In today’s market, I believe that honesty is the best policy. That’s why I've designed the most generous, fair and transparent store policy for my customers. Read the following sections to find out more about how to order, delivery, postage rates and how I secure your personal data.

ORDERS & DELIVERY

Every piece is hand-made and colours may vary slightly from the picture shown.


The colours shown are representational only as computer images may vary slightly from what you see, though extreme care is taken to try and capture each piece accurately.


FOR CUSTOM-MADE ORDERS:

Once payment is received, please allow 2 to 3 weeks to post. If you have an urgent order, please contact me and I will try my best to accommodate your request.

FOR ORDERS ALREADY IN STOCK (clocks & tile holders):

Once payment is received, allow 2 to 5 days for delivery, depending on where you live.


POSTAGE RATES are:

      $14.00 within Victoria and $17.00 Interstate
      Includes insurance for damaged or missing goods

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - please contact for a quote


All orders are sent via Australia Post - please ensure you enter the correct address. Incorrect addresses will be re-directed at your expense.

If you live locally and would prefer to arrange pick up, please contact me to before placing your order.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

  • I hope you love my pieces but if you are not satisfied in any way, no problems, I offer a no-worries refund service for CLOCKS & TILE HOLDERS. You can return goods purchased for a complete refund or exchange. MUGS will not be refunded as they are specially custom-made. Please contact me if there are any problems.

  • If dissatisfied, please contact me within 5 days after receipt of the item to organise a refund or exchange.

  • Simply return the unused item in original condition. Original postage & handling will not be refunded. Please note that return postage costs are the buyer’s responsibility and will be refunded only if goods are faulty or an error has been made on my end.

  • Great care is taken to package goods securely but, if they arrive damaged in any way, please contact me immediately.

 

SECURITY

All customer information collected will remain strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to any other parties, nor stored on the website.

I am committed to protecting your privacy and require information for the sole purpose of ensuring a smooth and pleasurable purchase.
